It is best suited to newer properties in good condition where the buyer simply wants a professional overview.
Is this survey right for me?
Suitable for modern properties (typically post-1990) that are in good condition and of standard construction. Not recommended for older properties, properties with visible defects, or where you have any concerns about the structure.
