Home-MOT was founded on a simple but powerful idea: that every property buyer deserves an honest, independent assessment of what they are buying — free from the influence of estate agents, mortgage lenders, or developers.
Based in Formby, Merseyside, we have been carrying out surveys and valuations across the North West since the early 1990s. In that time we have inspected thousands of properties — from Victorian terraces in Liverpool to modern new-builds in Cheshire — and helped thousands of buyers make informed decisions about the most significant purchase of their lives.
